  • Automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Patient intake form collection
  • Payment processing for copays and service fees

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number through our chat widget, voice assistant, or by initiating an SMS conversation, you consent to receive text messages related to your dental care at Newport Institute for Dentistry.

  • Message types: Appointment confirmations, reminders, check-in notifications, recall reminders, no-show follow-ups, and payment notifications
  • Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity, typically 2–8 messages per month
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
  • To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts
  • For help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance
  • All messages are transactional — no marketing or promotional content
  • Compatible with all major US carriers

Appointment Scheduling

  • Appointments booked through Aria are subject to provider availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary
  • Copays or deposits may be required at the time of booking for certain services
  • Our cancellation policy applies to all appointments regardless of how they were booked

AI-Powered Services

  • Our chat widget and voice assistant are powered by artificial intelligence
  • While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors
  • For medical emergencies, call 911 — do not use the chat widget or voice assistant
  • The AI assistant does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations

Payments

  • Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
  • By submitting payment information, you authorize the charge for the specified service
  • Refund requests are handled according to our office's refund policy
